My name is Most Rev. Eze Umahi (Rtd.), former Secretary of the Presbyterian Joint Hospital (PJH), Uburu, Ebonyi State, Nigeria.
As an eyewitness, I am delighted to testify to the outstanding work of Agape World Missions UK in Uburu and the surrounding communities.
The mission has made a lasting impact through its generous support of healthcare and education.
They established a Dental Unit at the former Presbyterian Joint Hospital, supplying about 90% of the equipment, and have consistently provided free medical outreaches to both students and members of the wider community.
I also commend Dr. Onyeabo Obasi for his selfless medical service whenever he visits the community (Uburu).
In addition, Agape World Missions UK has distributed books, pens, toothbrushes, and other essential materials to schools, promoting both education and healthy living among our children.
Today, with the closure of the Presbyterian Joint Hospital, the construction of a new community clinic by Agape World Missions UK is a timely and invaluable intervention.
This facility will continue to provide accessible healthcare to the people of Uburu and its environs, especially the poor and vulnerable.
On behalf of our community, I sincerely thank Agape World Missions UK, Dr. Onyeabo Obasi, and all their partners for their unwavering commitment to serving humanity.
Recently, the construction and commissioning of public toilets in schools in Uburu is a laudable venture and will go a long way in making the school environments a healthy place.
